Hi, I’m Randi!
I’m 42 years old, a wife of 21 years, mom to two incredible boys, and someone who has spent most of her life trying to figure out what it truly means to be healthy.
For years, I thought health meant chasing a number on the scale.
I’ve been fit.
I’ve been overweight.
I’ve been somewhere in between more times than I can count.
I know what it’s like to start over. To lose motivation. To eat the salad and still want the cookie. (Truthfully…I love sugar.) I also enjoy an occasional cold beer around a campfire and the vodka tonic with a friend, and I don’t believe either of those things make me unhealthy, if consumed in moderation.
Somewhere along the way I realized something that changed everything:
Happiness is an inside job.
That simple belief became the foundation of how I live my life today.
I no longer chase perfection.
I chase a life that’s well lived.
My Life
I live in western North Dakota where winters are long, the wind is strong, and cabin fever is real.
Instead of waiting for life to happen, I’ve learned to create it.
You’ll usually find me outside mountain biking, hiking, golfing, snowboarding, knee boarding, exploring new trails, working with horses, shuttle my son to activities, at work or spending time in my garden.
When winter keeps me indoors, I paint intricate mandalas, teach mandala art classes, and lose myself in creativity. Those quiet winter evenings have become some of my favorite seasons of life.
Adventure doesn’t always have to be on a mountain.
Sometimes it’s simply learning something new.
My Career
One thing surprises a lot of people…
My full-time career has nothing to do with fitness, nutrition, or art.
I’m simply someone who believes you don’t have to work in the wellness industry to live a healthy, intentional life.
For nearly 15 years, I’ve also worked as a personal trainer and restorative wellness practitioner because helping people discover their own strength has always been something I genuinely love.
RandiCo wasn’t created because I had all the answers.
It was created because I’ve spent years asking the same questions so many women ask:
“How do I create a healthier life without making health my entire life?”
The Greatest Teacher
One of the most significant people in my life was my dad.
Losing him changed me forever.
He wasn’t just an incredible father—he taught me resilience, integrity, hard work, curiosity, and practical life skills that I carry with me every single day.
His influence is woven into everything I do.
If you’ve ever met someone who quietly made everyone around them better, you’ll understand exactly what I mean.
His legacy reminds me that the greatest gift we leave behind isn’t what we own.
It’s what we share and teach people that are in our lives.
What I Believe
I believe movement should prepare you for adventures—not punish you for yesterday.
I believe food should nourish you and still leave room for birthday cake and holiday cookies.
I believe women deserve better than another restrictive program that leaves them exhausted.
I believe confidence is built one promise kept to yourself at a time.
I believe the outdoors heals more than we often give it credit for.
Most of all…
I believe the richest life isn’t measured by how much you weigh.
It’s measured by the stories you collect, the people you love, the strength you build, and the joy you choose to create.
Why RandiCo and the Momentum 90 Challenge Exists
Randico exists to help women build a life they love living.
Not just a healthier body.
A stronger mind.
A joyful heart.
Meaningful relationships.
Confidence.
Adventure.
Purpose.
A life that’s full of movement, laughter, family, fresh air, and experiences you’ll remember long after anyone cares what the scale said.
Because in the end…
A life well lived will always matter more than a body perfectly measured.
I’m a wife. A mom. A daughter. A friend. An artist. A horsewoman. An adventurer. A gardener. A storyteller. A woman who still loves sugar, still enjoys a cold beer now and then, and still believes every day is another chance to build a life worth remembering. If my story encourages you to start writing your own, then I have already done exactly what I hoped it would.
